SELF-CATERED GROUP BOOKINGS
Writing groups preferred. No hen or stag parties.
Daily Rate (3 day minimum): £150.00 per day
NOTE: self-catered rates are not offered for individual writing residences.
A basic arrival-pack of milk, butter, eggs and breads is supplied.
You can avail of whatever else is in the cupboards and fridge.
CATERED GROUP BOOKINGS:
Daily Rate for booking all five bedrooms = £300.00
(saving £15.00, if all 5 rooms were booked individually at the standard day-rate. NB: There is a 3-night minimum stay)
Weekly Rate for booking all five bedrooms (6 nights) = £1,800.00
(saving £90.00 if all rooms were booked individually for 6 nights. )

Catered retreats only: Prices are based on 5-person occupancy (i.e. one guest per room). Additional guests will be charged a £40.00 supplement, per day. We can accommodate a total of eight guest, based on guests sharing beds in rooms 1,2 and 5 .

Our booking form needs to be completed by the nominated contact. The section requesting a brief, general description of work undertaken during the stay must be completed. (This is largely to ensure residents are engaged in a literary/creative undertaking.)

Prices are not reduced for exclusive use by fewer than 5 individuals. So, if you want exclusive use for, say, 3 writers, you still pay the amounts listed above.

Meals are included in the prices listed above and are offered as outlined here.

Our deposit and payment policies apply for group bookings and full payment must be received before departure. If funding bodies or creative industry organizations are involved in settling accounts, arrangements must be in place for full payment before the visit.
