Prices quoted below are for single occupancy. Double occupancy is possible in rooms 1, 2 & 5, but only subject to prior agreement. There will be a £35.00 per day supplement for two persons sharing, which is is largely to cover the cost of meals.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 3 night minimum stay as of 2022, and that one-night stays in rooms (as part of a longer booking) are discouraged. NB: if you require lunch on the day of arrival and/or departure there is a £10.00/£20.00 additional charge on top of prices quoted below.

Check-in is from 3.00 pm. You are very welcome to arrive earlier, have a bite to eat, read, explore the garden, or start working at a writing space, but your room will not be available before this time.
Checkout is by 11.00am on the day of departure
Please note that due to Covid, cleaning procedures mean room changes take longer. We therefore appreciate your co-operation in abiding by check-in and check out times.

Linen and towels are supplied. These are of course changed for each new guest, but they are not changed on a daily basis. If you are staying more than one week, they are changed at the end of six days, when the rooms will be cleaned as well (if requested).

Free Wi-Fi is provided. This is a rural location but reception is decent.

There are writing desks in all rooms– with additional writing and reading spaces throughout the mill.

Rooms do NOT have televisions but there is one television in the main living area for use after dinner only – and there are many, many books.

The River Mill has under floor heating throughout – powered by a geo-thermal system.
