If not using SatNav, once in Downpatrick, use either St Patrick's Avenue (if coming from Newry/Newcastle direction) or Irish Street (if coming from  Belfast direction) to get onto the Killough Road, heading towards Ardglass. The River Mill is roughly 3 miles down this road. Turn off at Grange Road -- which is on your left at the top of a small, steep hill. Where Grange Road meets Ballyclander Road, turn right and the mill is around the next corner, on your right.
