Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the cost of Individual Residencies and Mentored Weeks.
However, if you require lunch on the day of arrival and/or departure, there is a £5.00/£10.00 additional charge.
Residents serve themselves breakfast from items provided. Lunch is on the table by 1.00 pm and guests help themselves when they wish.
Dinner is prepared for residents and served at 6.30 pm. House rule: the evening meal is taken together and you clean up together. If you are eating elsewhere in the evening, we need to be informed by 2.00pm that same day at the very latest.
Reasonable dietary requirements will of course be catered for – given sufficient notice. However, if you only eat yogurt made from the milk of free-range goats fed on wild lavender grown on the left bank of the Loire, this might not be the place for you. And please note, we ask that you inform us of requirements (vegan, allergies, gluten-free, diabetic needs, etc.), but not likes or dislikes.
Coffee and tea-making facilities are in the kitchen. Help yourself to as much as you need, and residents are very welcome to ferry supplies to their rooms and workshops.
The mill is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. You can bring your own supply if you so choose but we ask that you drink responsibly, with the happiness and safety of other residents and neighbours always to the fore. If you visit a pub after dinner, either appoint a designated driver or call a taxi. On your return, do not disturb the other residents and neighbours.
