The River Mill is currently for sale and bookings are not being accepted, for now, beyond the end of December 2023. We are also closed for periods during the remainder of 2023, and these are indicated on the booking calendar.

If you have a voucher, it must be used before the end of December 2023. We will not be issuing any further vouchers.

We can accept most cards at the mill. We will also accept cash payments but do not accept cheques. If required, there are several banks in Downpatrick.

If not already pre-paid, payment in full is due before checkout.

If paid for by a third party (e.g. a university or funding body) arrangements for full payment must be in place before arrival.

If you are asked to leave for serious breaches of house rules, your deposit will be retained and you will be liable for the cost of the time you stayed with us, calculated using either the day- or week-rate as arranged at the time of booking.
